Q:  Can I Cancel my order after 24 hours and am I able to get a Refund?

A:  NO –  We have a strict cancellation RULE since we deal with over 20 countries of origin. All orders MUST BE Cancelled Before 24 Hours and each order is time dated and stamped so we can process the order and have it on its way to you as fast as possible factory direct.

 

Q:  I just ordered 3 items and it has been 2 weeks and I have not received items yet.

A:  Most items are shipped from a Foreign Country of origin direct and make take up to 30 days and if you ordered a shipping container of an item then it may take longer depending where the shipping container originated from.

 

Q:  How do we know which items are made in the USA?

A:  Check your product detail page if posted made in USA otherwise consider them made in a foreign country.

 

Q:  Can I track my Package

A:  YES -  you can Track your Package by going to the CHLSafety.com website and scroll down to the footer and click on Tracking and fill in the required information. Not All Orders will have a tracking number, but they will say shipped from the foreign country.

 

Q:  Can I return a Custom Printed item?

A:  NO - All Custom Printed or Custom Made To Order (CMTO) items are NON-Returnable and NON-Refundable. If you are ordering a T-Shirt. You should order one with No Printing first to make sure you have a size that fits, then order your (CMTO) item.
