Return Policy

CHL Safety has a Limited Return Policy on production line items that are listed FULL Price on USA Made items ONLY. To qualify for a return, we must be notified via email within 15 calendar days of shipping.

CHL Safety is a Liquidating, Closeouts, Overstocks, Clearance, Seconds and Discontinued Products website that works Direct with Manufactures, Warehouse Distributors and Retail outlets around the world to help them liquidate and sell products for: SOLD AS IS

Many of the manufacturers that CHL Safety works with dropship directly from their Foreign Country of origin to the consumer. Delivery may take up to 30 days depending on item, quantity, size and order size. Ocean transportation and/or shipping containers will take longer arrive. 

All PPE (cloth and disposable face masks, face shields, nitrile gloves, and the like) are final sale items and are non-refundable. Please contact us by sending an email Support@chlsafety.com or by going to our contact us page if your product arrives to you and is defective. We will work with you to ensure customer satisfaction.

Cancellation of Order 

All orders MUST BE CANCELLED within 24 hours of the order being placeno exceptions.  Each order is dated and time-stamped to guarantee shipment after the 24-hour time stamp. 

Custom Orders 

Custom items that are made to order per your specifications (like shirts, hats, mugs, hoodies, socks and custom printed face masks) are final sale and non-refundable. However, if you receive an item that is broken or defective in the mail please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt by going to our contact us page. 

Free Plus Shipping 

Free Plus Shipping Items do not qualify and are NOT Returnable and None Refundable. They are exactly what they say they are “Free” + Shipping and the shipping and/or freight charge is NONE refundable “period”. 

If you provide CHL Safety an incorrect shipping address, we will not be held responsible in the event your order is not delivered.

Retail Items USA ONLY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same original packaging and condition that you received it in. (Applies ONLY to USA made mass production and Non Liquidated items ONLY). Items that are unworn, unwashed, unused, not opened or unaltered and in resalable condition and in the original good condition packaging may be returned within 7 calendar days from the date the product (s) is (are) shipped for a merchandise exchange or a full product cost refund, as long the items are NOT a custom order and/or custom made to order item (original shipping costs are not refundable), based on the original form of payment and payment amount.

Health, personal care and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) items

To complete your return, we require a receipt with order number or proof of purchase.

Do NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer. They will Not refund your product.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

An item is not in its original condition if  that item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If your refund is approved but you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank and/or credit card company as it may take some time for your credit to post to your account.

Shipping

To return your product, please email us at support@chlsafety.com or reach out through our contact us page.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and will be asked to provide a tracking number. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item that is made in the USA and paid Full Retail Price, you must use a track-able shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. You the consumer must guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
